Morbid Desire returns to Camron-Stanford!
This year the popular series highlights the death of one of the house’s famous former residents, Josiah Stanford, and will feature a visit to a Victorian funeral parlor, as well as the family quarters properly dressed for death. You’ll even have the chance to create your own memento mori by posing in a Victorian coffin.
The exhibit is open for just four Sundays so don’t miss this opportunity to be enlightened, engaged and just a little bit frightened by the customs of the past.
Docent guided tours begin at 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. No reservations necessary. Tickets are $5/adults, $4/seniors, free for members and youth 17 and under.
