And our grand prize, a night's stay at the spectacular Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur goes to Dawn Eames of Moraga. Dawn wrote this nice story about her husband:

"My husband and I have the exact same birthday, six minutes apart. He was born in Oakland and I in Berkeley. Both our families moved to Lafayette in 1950, opposite ends of town so we didn't meet up until Stanley Middle School. We liked each other from the start and we were our first dates for each other at Acalanes High School in our senior year. I kept in touch mostly with birthday cards and we went our separate ways after high school. He married, had no children and then divorced. I had two serial relationships six and eight years and then he happened to look me up one Christmas. After the second date, I had written in my journal that this is a man I want to marry and have children with. Mind you I had a career and didn't want to get married or to have children, but it me over the head" that this was "the one" Our friendship had been established 20 years earlier and we courted for two fun years. We have been married for 23 years this Feb 16 (Valentine's Day at the Country Club was booked) and we have two beautiful children, a dog, chickens and an organic vegetable garden. We live a storybook, idyllic life in Diablo Country."
