Information about the performers and dining and ticket options below:
Warren Hill
Legendary smooth jazz saxophonist, vocalist, and talented composer, Warren Hill is revered among industry insiders as an artist whose records have consistently repositioned the musical target. His acclaimed career as one of the most successful and critically acclaimed artists in the history of Contemporary Jazz took off after his first CD, "Kiss Under the Moon," was released in 1991. He has since gone on to record innumerable number one radio chart hits, receive countless industry awards and accolades and sell more than a million albums worldwide. Hill's eleventh studio album, "La Dolce Vita," released in June 2008, blends the sultry and soulful with the rhythmic and funky in such a unique way that this collection seems destined to again push the bar of Contemporary Jazz even higher.
Joyce Cooling
Bay Area local and acclaimed guitarist and songwriter, Joyce Cooling is one of the region's most dynamic and popular contemporary jazz guitarists. With a passion for melody and harmony, Cooling taught herself to play guitar by ear at an early age. Her imaginative compositions feature contemporary-jazz that is accessible and groove-oriented but chock full of substance and creativity. Cooling has appeared alongside renowned San Francisco Brazilian circuit keyboardist and producer, Jay Wagner, at many of the major West Coast jazz festivals and around the world with jazz giants such as Joe Henderson, Stan Getz, and Charlie Byrd. In 1997, her San Francisco-inspired chart-topping single, South of Market, took the jazz world by storm. Since then, Cooling has thrilled audiences around the world with her fluid, swinging style, garnering critical praise and a bevy of industry awards along the way.
