Broadway Plaza summer jazz series kicks off this Thursday

Beloved free music series kicks off July 9 with a performance by Joyce Cooling.

Walnut Creek's Broadway Plaza brings back a favorite East Bay tradition, starting this Thursday evening. The Plaza will be hosting its annual “Cool Sounds of Summer Jazz” in the parking lot of Stanford’s from 6:30 p.m. to 8. The concert series kicks off on the 9th, with the eclectic and colorful sounds of guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter Joyce Cooling. On the 16th, enjoy music from David Pack, the lead singer and guitarist of the band Ambrosia. And on the 23rd, the smooth sounds of guitarist and songwriter Paul Jackson Jr. will be featured.
