Art Talks at Knoxx begins today

Meet artists from the Lafayette Gallery while enjoying complimentary appetizers.

Artists from the Lafayette Gallery will be giving a behind-the-scenes-look into their creations in an ongoing series at Knoxx Restaurant and Bar in Lafayette, which begins June 10. The first Art Talks at Knoxx, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. today, features local artists Shanon Essex, an oil-painter, Julee Hermann, a mixed media collage and reliquaries artist, Margaret Lucas-Hill, a silk painter, and Pat Prosek, who creates etchings. Art lovers are invited to mingle with the gallery artists and enjoy complementary appetizers. Stick around for dinner at Knoxx afterwards and enjoy some Italian comfort food.
