New Kids are back, and they're coming to Concord
Summer Concert Guide Update time. Livenation.com’s new promo—No-Service-Fee Wednesday—is a good way to save some bucks on summer concert ticketsOn Wednesday, July 1, Livenation.com is waiving all service fees for those who buy general admission, four and six packs, for a majority of the Shoreline Amphitheatre and the Concord Pavilion shows. The deal includes shows that have general admission seating still available and will run through midnight—so act fast.
But what is a four or six pack?
A four or six pack is just another way of saying you are required to buy four or six tickets.
Why would I want to buy four or six tickets?
It works like this: Say you wanted to see New Kids on the Block on July 9. Normally, you would buy each general admission lawn ticket for $25 and add on the service fees, racking up a bill of probably somewhere between 30 and 40 bucks per ticket. But, on “No-Service-Fee Wednesday” if you buy a four pack of tickets you are getting four tickets for $17.25 a ticket, or $69 altogether, with no service fees. That’s $7.75 per ticket in savings…before you add on the service fees of the original ticket price.
Translation? It’s a great way to save some dough.
So go get the family and/or friends and treat yourselves to a show knowing you aren't dropping bundles of cash on tickets. With some great shows coming through the Bay Area like No Doubt, Coldplay, Slightly Stoopid and Snoop Dogg, there's definitely no better time.
