Free cheese tastings this Saturday!

Enjoy delicious imported cheeses—on the house—at all A.G. Ferrari stores

I like to consider myself a cheese connoisseur because of the healthy household I grew up in—growing up in Salinas Valley, we had an organic garden and had many cheese parties to go with the homemade breads my dad made. However when I visited Europe, I saw and smelled cheeses with names I had never heard of. Luckily A.G. Ferrari Foods, known for their gourmet foods imported from Italy, offers unique and delicious cheeses from all regions of Italy and brings them stateside.

All 13 of A.G. Ferrari Foods' Bay Area stores are hosting a complimentary Italian cheese tasting event this Saturday, January 31 from 2-4 PM when the stores receive their latest shipment of fresh imported cheeses.

A.G. Ferrari has locations in Lafayette, Berkeley and Oakland. For location information and hours, visit www.agferrari.com.

This sounds like just the kind of event I would love to attend, when next in California later this year.I spend part of my time working in France and enjoy the cheese and wine there. When last wine tasting in the USA I picked up a book off amazon called Hooper and Brown's Fast Guide to Cheese and Wine.Very useful and fun, also pocket size I do recomend.Like what you do,please keep it up.
