Food Network Star Guy Fieri Opening Dublin Restaurant

Fieri's fourth Johnny Garlic's location to replace Fuzio's next to Regal Cinemas.

Guy Fieri will be opening Johnny Garlic's in Dublin, replacing the closed Fuzio's next to the Regal Cinemas, according to the city of Dublin's Economic Development Director Linda Maurer. Star of the Food Network's Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, as well as host of NBC's Minute to Win It, this is the fourth location for the Santa Rosa-native's "California pasta grill"—the others are in Windsor, Roseville, and Santa Rosa.

Distinctive for his spiked, bleach-blond hair and trademark shades, Fieri is well known on his TV show for celebrating the anti-gourmet, greasy spoon side of the country's culinary culture.

According to Maurer, the restaurant is shooting for a quick turnaround and hopes to open its doors sometime in late winter/early spring.
