Uncle Yu’s Food and Wine Pairing for Chinese New Year

The Livermore location of Uncle Yu’s Chinese restaurant isn’t called Uncle Yu’s at the Vineyard for nothing—an award-winning wine list and innovation in pairing wine with Asian food certainly earns their esteemed reputation. For Chinese New Year, Uncle Yu’s at the Vineyard has created a special prix fixe menu, pairing wines from France, Italy, and California with each course. The special menu will only be served January 26 to February 1, so head to Uncle Yu’s soon to take part in this culinary celebration.
