CNN nutrition expert Dr. Melina Jampolis hosts free cooking demo at UC Berkeley

You can start cutting back on the freshman 15 this Wednesday at UC Berkeley. Chef Mai Pham of Star Ginger and Dr. Melina Jampolis, CNN nutrition expert will share how to cut carbs and calories using House Foods Tofu Shiratake Noodles to create dishes such as Straight A Ginger Shirataki Noodle Salad, Spicy Drunked Shirataki with Chicken, and Shiritakilicious Chicken Curry Noodle Soup. Attendees will be entered to win one-on-one nutritional counseling sessions with Dr. Jampolis and a House Foods care package. For more information, click here.
