Broadway Plaza Update
Thanks to a few sources, we’ve know a little bit about the new tenants coming to our beloved Broadway Plaza: The handmade cosmetics shop Lush (lushusa.com) is moving in; and Lululemon (lululemon.com) and its mini-me counterpart, ivivva, which sells active wear for girls, will be relocating from elsewhere in downtown Walnut Creek to the new section of the plaza that's still under construction. Plus, cooking and homeware retailer Sur la Table (surlatable.com) is undergoing a remodel, and will be moving its inventory upstairs. Cooking classes will also be offered downstairs starting in September.
Plus: Beginning Sunday, August 9, Broadway Plaza Street will be closed to all vehicles due to construction. Pedestrian access will be available during the closure, and the street will reopen later this year. For complimentary valet services, visit the Main Street Garage, where Broadway Plaza Valet has temporarily relocated.
