The Golden Globes
Overall, the fashion trends seen at the Golden Globes were on point. Here are some of my faves:
Bold, fiery colors are in for spring. Amy Adams’ fair skin tone looked great in a plunging red Valentino gown; newcomer Lupita Nyong’o turned heads in a cape-sleeved, vibrant orange Ralph Lauren number.
Sparkle and shine (done the right way) is always on the top of my favorites list. Olivia Wilde made being pregnant look super glam in a shiny, deep jade Gucci number. Wolf of Wall Street’s Margot Robbie kept it understated with a plunging, cream colored Gucci dress, complete with just a touch of sparkly bordering. My favorite of the night had to be Kate Beckinsale. She wore a mermaid dress by Zuhair Murad, with a deep sweetheart neckline and an all-over chrome dazzle.
