This Saturday through Monday, Lindsay Wildlife Museum is having a holiday sale for animal lovers of all ages. New items include whimsical animal clocks, apparel, books, ornaments, and more. The general public will get 10 percent off of purchases, and museum members will receive 20 percent off. Proceeds benefit the museum’s animals.
Need some foot candy to wear to your Thanksgiving feast? Specialtees Boutique in Lafayette is having a shoe sale. Through this Friday, score up to 30 percent off on brans such as Me Too, Eric Michaels, and Tsubo.
Trunk Shows and Events
This Friday evening, join Kinsley James Bridal for a fashion show (I’ll see you there!). Stay afterwards for a meet-and-greet with designer Angel Rivera, who has worked with NYC’s famed Kleinfeld, among others. It all kicks off at 6 p.m. Can’t make it Friday? There will be a trunk show featuring Rivera’s designs Friday through Sunday.
Thursday evening is once again a popular time for fashion events. Wish Boutique is hosting a trunk show starting at 4 p.m. There will be Christmas décor, jewelry, and a debut of their new furniture collection. Yoga and wine drinking will also be happening around the corner at Just Be Yoga. Afterward, head over to Venture Quality Goods down the road in Lafayette. It is their first anniversary open house, and it starts at 5 p.m.
This Saturday, Pave fine jewelry’s Rockridge location is having a Clare Ullman trunk show. Enter the raffle for a chance to win either a pendant or a pair of earrings, both made of diamonds and pearls, from Clare’s collection.
Also Saturday from 7 a.m. to noon, stroll out in your pajamas for Livermore’s Earlier than the Bird event. Find special offers, deals, and treats from downtown Livermore’s shops and boutiques. Bonus: If you wear your pjs, you’ll receive a free giveaway (and no, sweats don’t count).
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Santa House, a place to get all of your Christmas décor, now has an actual store in Broadway Plaza. In years past, Santa house has been in a small, covered space by the parking garage.
An iBar eyebrow threading studio has opened at the Mercer building in Walnut Creek. The Broadway Plaza location will soon close, so check the new one out.
This Saturday, a new Forever 21 comes to the growing Bay Street in Emeryville. Stop in to see the 12,000 square foot space. The first 300 visitors will receive a free gift card.
