Note from Kristen (your usual nightlife writer):

Have you guys checked out the news on the upcoming San Francisco project from Chuck Stilphen (The Trappist and ØL)? It’s big, like 3,000 square-feet and 40 taps big. Check out all the excitement over at Dish.

He also has some news on FIVE’s 12 Cocktails of Christmas, which are themed after the ubiquitous song and priced at 12 bucks. You’ve got all December to try ‘em, so don’t go nuts on one visit. You can also get the recipes on Dish to make your own. My favorite is the Four Calling Birds:

Four Calling Birds

  • 2 oz Gin
  • ½ oz Lillet
  • ½ oz Lemon
  • ¼ Simple

Shaken with mint, served in martini glass.
Mint leaf garnish.
