Bay Area Whole Foods markets now stock Preserve Paperstone cutting boards made of recycled paper and resins. In your quest to go green, you don’t have to forgo functionality. These boards are strong, nonporous, knife-friendly, and dishwasher safe. They come in two colors—olive black and pesto green.

The Preserve line of kitchen products also includes brightly colored colanders and storage containers made entirely of recycled plastic.
