À Côté chef Matt Colgan test drove a menu from a still-unnamed new restaurant at a fundraiser dinner for St Vincent de Paul of Alameda County's Kitchen of Champions program. The program allows low income and at-risk citizens to develop culinary and food preparation skills to find work in the hospitality industry.
