Gourmet East Bay supports three East Bay food organizations that provide vital programs and services to our communities all year long.
 

Alameda County Community Food Bank

Alameda County Community Food Bank
The mission of the Alameda County Community Food Bank is to alleviate hunger by providing nutritious food and nutrition education to people in need, educating the public, and promoting public policiies that address hunger and its root causes.

 

Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano

The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano has been helping feed hungry children and their families in the community for more than 31 years through direct delivery, food bank warehouses, and education and advocacy. Agencies that receive aid include childcare providers, residential programs, emergency food pantries, and soup kitchens.

 

Project Open Hand

Project Open Hand provides compassion and nourishing meals to people living with HIV/AIDS, the homebound critically ill, and low-income seniors living in San Francisco and Alameda counties.
