Fresh, vibrantly flavorful food takes the stage at Chop Chop as your tabletop transforms into a barbecue feast. Marinated short ribs grill up juicy alongside tender shrimp, plump scallops, and crisp if unadorned vegetables. Start with the picture-perfect seafood-veggie pancake and the house-made beef and pork dumplings. Definitely try the range of tastes among the small bowls of spicy, pickled, sweet (or all of the above) panchan delicacies. Kids will love the variety of foods off the tabletop grill, or order teriyaki chicken or marinated beef, both served with rice and veggies, from the children’s menu. Korean beer, sake, and Japanese Ramune soda should keep everybody happy, as you relax in handsome, comfortable booths. For dessert, splurge on an exotic, big-enough-for-three crispy banana split made with tempura banana; green tea, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream; and fruit and chocolate syrup. Lunch and dinner daily.
