Sweets still shine, but it’s meaty dishes such as the pot roast and seared yellowtail that now steal the limelight. Having always demonstrated a light touch, Esin’s weighty new flatware, crisp service, serious wine list, and stately dining room bring deeper resonance to the ingredient-driven fare.
