Habitat For Humanity East Bay 2015
Volunteers from East Bay real estate and mortgage companies spend day in Martinez working on new affordable-cost homes for limited income families.
A group of 30 employees from Dudum Real Estate and Commerce Home Mortgage spent the day building homes for Habitat for Humanity East Bay on Thursday, September 17 in the Muir Ridge 20-home Development located at 401 Heron Way in Martinez. The project will be completed in two phases throughout 2015 and 2016 and will include a total of 20 three and four bedroom homes. These homes will be sold at an affordable cost to qualified applicants with limited incomes, offering working families the opportunity and stability of homeownership. Additionally, Dudum Real Estate and Commerce Home Mortgage provided $3000 to help fund the construction of the homes.
