Which Dishes are Best? Patrons are flocking back for several decadent dishes, including the 50/50 burger, made half with beef and half with bacon, and The Rampart, a bacon-wrapped hot dog topped with chili cheese. The pineapple Puck (as in Wolfgang), a dish of roasted duck fried rice, nods to L.A.’s substantial Asian community, and 310 nods to the 510 with chicken Temescal, a fried chicken and spicy slaw homage to Bakesale Betty.
