Keeping Up With the Currys

Tracking the expanding universe of Steph and Ayesha.

Published:

Life is getting exponentially busier in Stephen and Ayesha Curry’s Alamo home. The couple is welcoming their third child (joining daughters Riley, 5, and Ryan, 2)—and in April, the Golden State Warriors star (who signed a jaw-dropping $201 million NBA contract in 2017 ) announced a development deal with Sony Pictures Entertainment. Meanwhile, Ayesha is growing her food empire at a breakneck pace. Here’s a cheat sheet to the duo’s multitudinous ventures.

Stephen Curry: NBA Superstar/Dad; Ayesha Curry: Food and Lifestyle Mogul/Mom

Media

Steph: Thanks to his Sony contract, Steph is working on TV, film, and video game projects related to faith, family, and sports. He’s active on social media, too, with 12.5 million Twitter followers and 20.1 million on Instagram. Plus, he teaches basketball online via MasterClass.
Ayesha: Ayesha has hosted shows on Food Network and will produce and host a new cooking-competition series on ABC. She also maintains a robust social media and web presence—including her lifestyle community site, GoInspo, and YouTube channel, Little Lights of Mine.

Endorsements

Steph Per Forbes, Steph earned about $35 million off the court in 2017; he has endorsement deals with numerous brands including Under Armour, Infiniti, JP Morgan Chase, Brita, Vivo, Press Play, and Muscle Milk.
Ayesha Last year, Ayesha made headlines when she was named the first chef spokeswoman for CoverGirl cosmetics. And she has worked with the department store chain TJ Maxx, too.

Tech

Steph: Last year, he joined forces with Warriors teammate Andre Iguodala to organize the first Players Technology Summit, which aims to connect athletes with media and technology opportunities. He also cofounded Slyce, a start-up marketing platform.
Ayesha: Ayesha helped develop the mobile cooking game Chef Curry, in which she and Steph voiced their avatars.

Brand and Products

Steph: Steph’s No. 30 jersey has been the NBA’s top seller for three years in a row. His popular SC30 Collection with Under Armour includes apparel and his signature shoes.
Ayesha: Her International Smoke restaurants have outposts in four cities, and her product lines range from meal kits and food brands to baby shoes and kitchen-ware. Ayesha also wrote a cookbook in 2016 and debuted a new wine label, Domaine Curry, in April.

Philanthropy

Steph: Among Steph’s many charitable efforts are Nothing But Nets (distributing mosquito nets in malaria-prone countries), ThanksUSA (awarding college scholarships to military families), and Feed the Children (providing meals to more than 263,000 children daily).
Ayesha: Ayesha gives back regularly, most notably to the No Kid Hungry campaign, which is working to end child hunger in the United States.
