We may see Wente Estate beef on the menu soon.

At Wente Vineyards, it’s in their own backyard. Carolyn Wente, the family’s matriarch, is raising cattle on the winery’s sprawling Livermore grounds. If the beef passes the taste test, diners could see Wente Estate beef on the menu as soon as mid-November. Talk about local.
