High-end food trucks aren’t new to the East Bay, but the food-on-wheels trend is definitely heating up, with more trucks and gatherings than ever. From the usual American fare, like sandwiches and burgers, to more creative takes—french fry–stuffed burrito or Asian taco, anyone?—there’s a grab-and-go option near you.
