Dublin is the first Bay Area outlet of this Southern California chain, and after sampling the flavorful Thai fare, we’re happy it has come north. The dining room is small but chic, and the kitchen serves authentic yet original dishes prepared in a simple, clean fashion. We love the “angel wings,” boneless chicken wings stuffed with black mustard–spiced ground chicken and fried glass noodles and served with honey plum sauce. The green papaya salad—thin strips of fruit tossed with lime juice and crushed cashews—is another winner. There’s something for everyone—including vegetarians and those watching their waistlines—on the menu. Lunch and dinner daily.
