Blue Gingko feels light and open, despite being tucked into the nook of a shopping center. The staff is nothing short of delightful, and the menu is extensive. Sushi, tempura, noodles, and teriyaki share the bill with some California twists, such as seared ahi tuna with organic field greens and awesome ginger vinaigrette. Desserts are exotic, including red-bean ice cream wrapped with rice cake, and vanilla ice cream that is lightly battered and fried. Lunch Tues.–Sat., dinner Tues.–Sun.
