Whether it’s date night at the bar, a get-together in the sleek and airy dining room, or a soccer party on the patio, Blue Line delivers. Its signature deep-dish is phenomenal, packing just-wilted spinach and mushrooms into a buttery cornmeal crust with plenty of Feta and fresh ricotta. A garlicky rough-cut tomato sauce seals the deal. The thin crusts are also buttery but the toppings less inspired. Spicy chicken wings don’t get any better, and the salads are bold and beautiful. Skip the lush (but oily and overly thick) flatbread sandwiches, and—if you have the guts—go for the meatball deep-dish and an order of creamy cheesecake. Lunch and dinner daily.
