This 11th Patxi’s breaks new ground. It’s twice as big as the Lafayette location, the first with a full bar, and the first with patio seating. We love the stuffed Chicago style (the owner worked at Zachary’s for 15 years), but unless you want a looong cocktail hour, order it online and bring it home half-baked, or have it delivered. (They can even bring the beer and wine.) Two of our faves are the meaty Matt Cain and the flavorful Greek. Our thin-crust prosciutto was just OK, but the pan pizza was just as tasty as the Chicago style—and a lot quicker to hit the table. The fresh salads, especially the arugula, make a healthful contrast to these irresistible “gut bombs.” Lunch and dinner daily.
