Everything about this restaurant, tucked away in Blackhawk's Tassajara Village, is a cut above: charming decor, a full bar, and food that is beautifully presented. One of our favorite dishes is the Similan Treasure, a mélange of broiled seafood swimming in a delicately spiced red curry sauce and served in a young white coconut. Another winner is the pineapple fried rice-Thai rice sautéed with chicken, pork, or beef with a garlicky pineapple-tomato sauce-that arrives mounded in half a pineapple. Don't miss the roti, pancakelike rounds of bread dough sautéed until crisp and golden. Dip them into one of the creamy yellow, red, or green curry sauces for a treat so memorable, you'll be hurrying back for more. Lunch Mon.-Sat., dinner daily.
