Should you find yourself at Dublin's Regal theater on a Friday night, you have two pre-movie dinner options: standard fare at one of many chains, such as Fuddruckers and Applebee's, or the sophisticated and scrumptious offerings of Sri-Thai. The small, unassuming restaurant (no dancing neon lights on this facade) offers traditional Thai entrées, such as pad thai and yellow curry chicken, which are fresh and carefully prepared. A Thai roll appetizer stuffed with bean thread noodles, mushrooms, cabbage, and carrots was light, not greasy, and arrived with a delicately carved radish rose. On our visit, soft drinks were accented with scallop-edged lemon slices and refilled often by attentive servers. Finish your evening on a sweet note with the coconut ice cream or the deep-fried banana. Lunch and dinner daily.
