The wait can be long at this no-reservation favorite, but take heart: The fish is worth every minute. Our toro of bluefin tuna was amazing, and the irresistible tuna poke is encircled in a ribbon of cucumber and spiked with sesame oil and ground chilies. Don’t forget the robata: Miso-marinated black cod is just as it should be—succulent and caramelized by the grill. Lunch Mon.–Fri., dinner daily.
